That’s not surprising, given the increased pace of change in the world around us. And yet, this “hidden secret to competitive advantage” continues to be underleveraged. Filippo Passerini, President at Inixia Inc, and Tony Saldanha, CEO at Inixia Inc, are authors of the new book Revolutionizing Business Operations and are on a mission to provide more visibility to the importance of top-class business operations. Filippo coined the term “Global Business Services” or GBS, for the world, and then created what is still considered to be the best-in-class model for companies. Under the GBS organization structure is a set of principles and models for creating efficient, effective, innovative, and agile business operations. Filippo and Tony will share tips for all types of organizations—whether companies, nonprofits, or government entities—to achieve operational excellence.
