Creating an “Always On” Culture of Transformation”
Over the past decade or so, companies have been focused on transformation initiatives – Digital Transformation, Operational Transformation, Cultural Transformation etc. The underlying need though, is not to limited to transformation initiatives (which are often great catalysts to change) but to create a culture and norms that embrace transformation as an endemic state. Today’s discussion is about sharing one person’s learning (often the hard way) on creating cultures that embrace constant change and leverage Transformation as a daily muscle to drive competitive advantage.
