DESCRIPTION:Dear P&G Alumni\, \nNormally\, we come together every two years for our P&G Alumni DACH gathering — but by now\, it has actually been four years since our last get-together. All the more reason why we are looking forward to finally bringing together so many familiar and new faces again! \nAn evening to reconnect\, exchange ideas\, network\, and gain new insights — hosted by the P&G Alumni Förderverein e.V. \nWe will meet at MainDock in Frankfurt from 6:30 p.m. onwards. \nAlthough we will not be guests at Procter & Gamble this time\, we are looking forward to hearing some exciting insights about P&G from Gabi Hässig. \nAs a highlight of the evening\, Martin Hettich\, COO of Bosch Power Tools\, and Stefan Homeister\, Founder & Leadership Coach at LEITWOLF®\, will discuss “Leadership Challenges in the Here and Now.” \nThe P&G Alumni Förderverein e.V. will also introduce itself and provide an overview of its work and current projects. \nAnd\, of course\, the heart of our DACH gathering will be what makes it special: reconnecting in person and exchanging ideas with one another. \nMaking a Difference Together\nAs the Förderverein e.V. is hosting the evening\, we would also like to use the occasion to do some good together. We are collecting donations for selected initiatives that are personally supported by our alumni. \nProject 1: [Student in the Executive Chair] – Supporting Future Opportunities\n(Alumna: Andrea Berroth) \nAfter a two-day personality development and selection program\, students spend a full day accompanying an executive at companies across different industries. Managing directors\, physicians\, and others are impressed by these young people\, who gain valuable career orientation at the age of 16–17 through this experience. \n\n€300 provides students with meals during the two-day preparation and selection program.\n€400 finances essential learning and working materials\, independently of the school budget.\n€700 covers students’ transportation costs to participating companies.\n\nProject 2: [Legmon e.V.] – A nationwide educational initiative \nLegmon is a nationwide educational initiative combining a volunteer-driven community\, free multimedia offerings (app\, YouTube)\, and\, at its core\, personal mentoring through company visits\, Local Hubs\, and scholarships — specifically tailored to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through this initiative\, we help reduce social disadvantages across Germany. \n\nTo expand into the 10 largest metropolitan regions\, the Förderverein has set itself the goal of supporting a time-limited\, 18-month “start-up funding” period to establish a sustainable foundation for the initiative.\n\nProject 3: [Impacc gGmbH] – Using business tools to fight poverty in Africa\n(Alumnus: Till Wahnbaeck) \nImpacc is the first German aid organization to transform donations into investments in African startups\, enabling them to grow independently and create jobs. Because having a job is one of the best ways out of poverty. \n\nDonations are invested by Impacc like venture capital in green social enterprises in Africa. In this way\, donations create sustainable jobs and long-term opportunities for people to escape poverty.\n\nThe fundraising campaign will already begin ahead of the event and will continue throughout the evening. Every contribution counts! And you can decide which project is particularly close to your heart. You can already select your preferred project and donation amount when purchasing your ticket. \nOf course\, you can simply donate more with your bank transfer than the amount selected when purchasing your ticket! \nYou can also donate without attending the event. Drinks are not included in the participation fee and will be charged separately on a self-pay basis at the venue. \nPlease note: Card payment is the only payment method available at the venue. \nParticipation is subject to payment in advance. Please note that your registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your payment — please also check your SPAM folder. \nPayment information will be provided as part of the registration process. \nThe registration deadline is October 9\, 2026 — so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible! \nAs we will maintain a waiting list\, we kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible if you are ultimately unable to attend.
