Janet is a Mechanical Engineer who worked for over 23 years for Proctor & Gamble (P&G) in both the United States and Nigeria. She has clocked many “firsts” in her career and is most proud of having been the first Plant Manager for Procter & Gamble Nigeria Ltd.

Teri List served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Gap, Inc., where she oversaw the finance, real estate and information technology organizations, as well as interim oversight of supply chain. List also served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. and Kraft Foods Group. From 1994 to 2013, List was with Procter & Gamble, progressing to senior vice president and treasurer. Before this she spent over nine years at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Juliana Azevedo leads P&G ’s second largest category, Home Care, a business with meaningful value creation potential across categories and markets. The portfolio includes iconic brands such as Dawn, Cascade, Fairy, Mr. Clean, Swiffer and Febreze that strive to make household chores simpler, faster, more sustainable and accessible to everyone. Juliana also leads P&G Professional, which serves the foodservice, building, cleaning and maintenance industries with some of the world’s most trusted cleaning products. Juliana other roles include Executive Sponsor Gender Equality, LinkedIn Top Voice and Member of the board of United Way Worldwide
