Procter & Gamble Italia Alumni Foundation (PGAIF) is driving real change through social inclusion and employment.
Aula 162, with Next Association and the PGAIF, matches company hiring needs with tailored training (soft skills, language support, housing help) giving vulnerable individuals a path into work. Results so far: 6 classrooms, 81 trained, 45 hired.
With ELIS, they’re launching EmpowerHer, established in honour of Francie Garber Pepper, training 15 NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) women in Rome in Customer Care skills, building toward a December Career Day and potential hiring.
Through FASt Track to Work with McDonald’s, 10 young refugees in Italy completed training, with 8 already hired at a store managed by a P&G alum.
PGAIF are also funding a new kitchen in a group home for youth with autism, building practical independence skills and a meaningful way for P&G employees to get involved.
And through Cook & Restart, part of our Mestieri Program, they’re training 30 people from vulnerable backgrounds, targeting an 80% hiring rate.
Real skills. Real jobs. Real dignity.
