Who is Owen Carryl? He partners with senior leaders to build high-performing organizations by identifying, attracting, and developing exceptional talent. Before transitioning into executive search, Owen spent more than 20 years leading innovation, research, and product development teams at world-class organizations including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Avery Dennison. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen critical leadership capabilities, accelerate innovation, and bring breakthrough products to market.
